As many of you know, I live with adrenal insufficiency or Addison’s disease. It’s a difficult and delicate balance to make sure your body is getting enough cortisone replacement.
In the event of stress, illness, and surgery – there are protocols to follow for updosing and stress dosing.
I talk all about that here.
But one thing I’ve had to learn on my own through trial and error is how to support my body DURING these times.
Especially when we have overlapping conditions and so many things going on, it’s hard to know how to stay ahead of any of it.
Hopefully, these graphics will help you to manage while stress dosing and tapering down off an increased dose.
These tips are also great for someone who’s having surgery for pheo para, and on a high dose of alpha beta blockers.
Feel free to print, share, and let me know if it helps you.
